TICKET DELIVERY INFORMATION

Thank you for your booking. To organize the delivery of your Palio tickets in the most efficient way, please complete this short form. Tickets will be delivered as soon as they are physically provided to us by the official owners / Contrade, usually in the days immediately before the Palio. I understand that if the delivery cannot be completed due to lack of prior notice or refusal by the accommodation, an additional fee of €100 will be charged to cover the failed delivery.

Tickets will be delivered as soon as they are physically provided to us by the official owners / Contrade in Siena, which usually happens in the days immediately before the Palio

Delivery to accommodations will therefore take place in the days leading up to the event

Guests who choose office collection will be able to pick up their tickets in Siena on July 1 and July 2 (exact address and opening hours will be communicated shortly)

Ticket delivery is available only for accommodations located in Siena or nearby areas

In case delivery is not possible, we will arrange an easy and convenient pick-up in Siena

Detailed instructions (including address, opening hours, and contact person) will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the Palio
