Dear Customer,
paliodisiena.tickets is an intermediary agency that offers ticket reservation services for the Palio di Siena.
During the booking procedure you will be asked to provide us with your personal details, which will be processed using suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic means in order to supply you with our services (issue of vouchers and invoices, communication of the reservation to the landlord of the house of your choice…).
Your personal details may be disclosed to some third parties (including the landlord of the house of your choice and other external advisors) and to the persons responsible for the booking procedure.
Your personal details will be stored on our servers, which are accessed only by our staff and the maintenance technicians.
At any time you can exert the rights granted by article 7 of the Italian Law Decree nr. 196/2003 (including the right to know the data collected and to amend, update and cancel them) within the limits and conditions established in articles 8, 9 and 10 of the afore-mentioned Italian Law Decree.
Your refusal to provide your personal details may result in the impossibility for us to supply our services.
