A complete experience designed to live the Palio di Siena through some of its most authentic moments: from discovering the city to the Trial, from the traditional Dinner in Contrada to the Palio on July 2nd, experienced from a characteristic position in grandstand in the Fonte Gaia area.

30 JUNE – SIENA & TRIAL

Guided tour of Siena
In the afternoon, a guided tour will take you to discover Siena, its history and traditions.

Trial – Casato Balcony
At the end of the day you will watch the Trial from a balcony in the Casato area, with a suggestive perspective of Piazza del Campo and the passage of horses and riders.

1 JULY – GENERAL TRIAL DINNER

In the evening you will participate in the traditional General Trial Dinner in one of Siena's Contrade. Long tables, contradaioli and guests gather in the streets and squares of the Contrada in a unique atmosphere of celebration, tradition and anticipation for Palio day.

2 JULY – PALIO

Palio – Fonte Gaia Grandstand
In the afternoon you will watch the Palio from a position in grandstand in the Fonte Gaia area, experiencing firsthand the atmosphere of Piazza del Campo and following the Historical Procession and the different phases of the event from a close perspective.

The stand does not have restrooms nor does it provide food or beverage service. We therefore recommend using the bars, venues and services available near Piazza del Campo before reaching your position. You must reach the stand by 4:45 PM. Once the Historical Procession begins, it will not be possible to leave the stand until the end of the Palio.

ORGANIZE YOUR STAY

Since the first activity is scheduled for the afternoon of June 30th, we recommend arriving in Siena by the morning of June 30th, or preferably the day before.

The Palio may be postponed in case of rain or if track conditions do not allow the event to take place. For this reason we recommend planning your stay by scheduling at least the two days following July 2nd. In case of postponement, your ticket will remain valid until the Palio is actually held.

Important: the other activities included in the package – Trial, General Trial Dinner and guided tour – are scheduled exclusively for the stated date and time and will not be rescheduled in case of cancellation or non-performance. The Complete Palio Experience can be purchased exclusively for an even number of participants (2, 4, 6, 8...) and the price is calculated per pair of participants.
