An experience designed to immerse you in the Palio di Siena through some of its most authentic moments: from the Prova Generale and the traditional Contrada Dinner to discovering Siena’s historic heritage and experiencing the Palio on July 2 from a distinctive vantage point in the Casato area.

The package includes activities and services for up to a maximum of 3 people.

JULY 1 – PROVA GENERALE & CONTRADA DINNER

Prova Generale – Casato Private Window
In the afternoon, you will attend the Prova Generale from a window located in a private room in the Casato area, offering a distinctive view of Piazza del Campo and of the horses and jockeys as they pass along the track. The room and window will be reserved exclusively for your group. Access is through an apartment with a terrace shared with other guests. Restroom facilities are shared with the other guests in the apartment.

Cena della Prova Generale (Contrada Dinner)
On the evening of July 1, you will take part in the traditional Cena della Prova Generale (Contrada Dinner), hosted by one of Siena’s Contrade. Long tables bring together Contrada members and guests in the streets and squares of the Contrada, creating a unique atmosphere of celebration, tradition and anticipation for the day of the Palio.

JULY 2 – SIENA & PALIO

Guided Tour of Siena and the Duomo
On the morning of the Palio, a guided tour will introduce you to Siena and its history, with entrance to the Duomo included.

Palio – Casato Private Window
In the afternoon, you will attend the Palio from the same private window in the Casato area, inside a room reserved exclusively for your group. The window offers a striking view of the track and of the horses and jockeys as they pass through one of the most recognizable sections of Piazza del Campo. For the Palio, the apartment offers a buffet and restroom facilities shared with the other guests. The window is ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people. If used by 3 guests, please note that the space available at the window will be more limited and guests will need to be more flexible when sharing the view.

PLAN YOUR STAY

To enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace, we recommend arriving in Siena by June 30, so that you are already in the city for the activities on July 1.

The Palio may be postponed due to rain or if track conditions do not allow the event to take place. For this reason, we recommend planning your stay to include at least the two days following July 2. If the Palio is postponed, your ticket will remain valid until the Palio is actually held.

Important: the other activities included in the package – Prova Generale, Contrada Dinner and guided tour – are scheduled exclusively for the dates and times indicated and will not be rescheduled in the event of cancellation or if they cannot take place.
